In the process of using a full-color LED display, sometimes it is inevitable to encounter a problem. Today, we will introduce the troubleshooting method for full color LED display.

Step 1: Check if the graphics card settings are correct. For details, please refer to the product manual provided by the manufacturer.

Step 2: Check the basic wiring of the whole system, such as DVI wiring, network cable wiring, the connection between the main control card and the computer PCI slot, and whether the serial cable connection is correct. The connection method needs to consult the system connection diagram provided by the manufacturer.

Step 3: Check if the computer and LED power system configuration meets the usage requirements. When the power supply of the LED screen is insufficient, the screen display close to white will cause a flickering picture.

Step 4: Check if the green light of the sending card flashes regularly. If it flashes, go to step 6. If it does not flash, restart it.
Check if the green light flashes regularly before connecting to windows system. If it does not flash normally, there is a fault in the sending card, graphics card or the DVI line,go to Step 2; then if the problem is still not solved, please replace the sending card, video card and dvi cable, then repeat Step 3.

Step 5: Please set following the software instructions or re-install and then set it until the green light of the sending card flashes, otherwise repeat step 3.

Step 6: Check if the green light (data light) of the receiving card flashes synchronously with the green light of the sending card. If it flashes,go to Step 8 to check if the red light (power) is on. If it’s on,go to the Step 7;if it’s not on,pls check if the yellow light (power supply Protection)is on. If it is not on, check whether the power supply is reversed connection or the power supply has no output; If it is on, check if the power supply voltage is 5V. If it is,turned it off, remove the adapter card and cable and try again. If the problem is not resolved, the receiving card is faulty, then replace the receiving card and repeat step 6.

Step 7: Check if the network cable is well connected or too long (please use the standard Super Cat 5 network cable, the longest distance of the cable without repeater is less than 100 meters), check the network cable is standard (please refer to the installation and settings). If the problem is still not solved, the receiving card is faulty. Please replace the receiving card and repeat step 6.

Step 8: Check if the large screen power light is on. If it is not on, go to step 7. Check if the adapter card interface definition line matches the unit board.

Note: After most of the cabinets are connected, there may be no pictures in some cabinets. Because the RJ45 network connector is not securely connected, or the receiving card power is not connected, so the signal is not transmitted successfully, just re-plug it to solve the problem.
